1. What Astrod is

Astrod is a self-serve tool to build and publish meme-coin websites. You are responsible for the content you create and publish.

2. Payments

Publishing and domain purchases are paid in USDC on-chain. Blockchain transactions are final and non-reversible; fees are non-refundable once a site is published or a domain is registered.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Astrod for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, or content that infringes others' rights. We may take down sites that violate these terms.

4. No financial advice

Astrod is a website builder, not a financial service. Nothing here is investment advice. Creating a token site does not make any promises about a token's value.

5. As-is

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Astrod is not liable for losses arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use means you accept the current version.
